Stout Fest is a one-day celebration of stouts and dark beer styles at McFleshman’s Brewing Company, happening on Saturday, March 14, 2026.

Join us in the beer garden for an afternoon of tasting, conversation, and community centered around one of beer’s most historic and versatile style families.
The event will feature pours from a growing lineup of Wisconsin breweries, including Stone Arch Brewpub, Appleton Beer Factory, Fifth Ward Brewing, Hop Yard, Ope Brewing Co, Quiet World Brewing, and host brewery McFleshman’s Brewing Company, with additional breweries to be announced.
Event Schedule
• VIP Hour: 2:00–3:00 PM
• General Admission: 3:00–6:00 PM
All tickets include a commemorative Stout Fest tasting glass. VIP ticket holders enjoy early access during the VIP Hour along with a VIP swag bag featuring small gifts from participating breweries. Food will be available for purchase from Grazing A Go Go, offering a charcuterie-focused menu.
The event will be held outdoors in the beer garden, weather permitting, with an indoor plan in place if needed. Designated drivers receive free entry.
Tickets are limited, and advance purchase is encouraged.

Stout Fest is almost here — and while it IS a ticketed tasting event, McFleshman’s is still open to everyone.

A ticket gets you access to sample stouts from all of our participating breweries. But if you’d rather be the DD, mingle with friends, hang in the beer garden, or just grab your favorite pint in the pub — you are absolutely welcome!

Not a stout drinker? Still come down. We’ll have Aaron Jonkowski with Booth. bringing his pop-up photo experience, plus Grazing A Go Go serving up charcuterie all afternoon. It’s more than a beer fest — it’s a gathering.

You stood outside in single digits.
You stood outside below zero.
You drank beers before they froze solid.

And because of that… Polar Beer Club absolutely exploded this year.

We ordered hats based on past participation, and you all blew right past it. We ran out — and when we tried to reorder the black-and-white style, we couldn’t get them again this season.

So we pivoted.

We now have a new hat — different color, slightly different style — not because we wanted to change it mid-season, but because we refuse to let anyone who earned one go without.

And let’s be clear: if you’ve made it through multiple punch cards, earned your Order of the Frozen Pint pin or even the elite Chilluminati pin, you’ve done the work.

If you already have the original hat and want the new one too? We’re more than happy to make that happen.

Thank you for braving the cold snap. Thank you for making this weird winter tradition something people talk about. And thank you for making Polar Beer Club bigger than we ever imagined.

You’re built different.

Artists of all kinds — we’re looking for you.

Our weekly Open Mic has been growing, and this summer we’re excited to expand it into the beer garden and onto the stage. We’re planning to turn the brewery into an Artist Night, featuring one visual or textural artist each week alongside Open Mic.

Painters, illustrators, printmakers, fiber artists, ceramicists, writers, and makers of all kinds — if you’d like to share your work, set up a small display, or be present with your art while our community gathers, we’d love to hear from you.

We`ve been in the news regarding our relationship with Air Wisconsin, a local company who started in Appleton 60+ years ago and wanted to make sure to share here. Our partnership with Air Wisconsin, most noticeably on our El Guapo Mexican Lager is ending, and we`d like to thank The Post-Crescent (Appleton-Fox Cities, Wisconsin) for featuring our story regarding our decision.
