Triple Crown bottles come out at noon today!

This is the bottle we make once a year. It started as 547 Day — when our celebration was all about one of our own. This year, we're growing it into something bigger: a day to celebrate all West Coast IPAs, with breweries from across Wisconsin.

But the Triple Crown release? That tradition hasn't changed a bit. A 12% Triple West Coast IPA brewed with Wisconsin honey. Hand-filled, hand-labeled, hand-waxed. Cellar-worthy. Come and get one before they're gone until next year.

The Wisconsin West Coast IPA Invitational kicks off this afternoon — VIP at 2, GA at 3. If you don't have tickets yet, this is the time.

FOUR days. FIVE things you don't want to sleep on. Here's the rundown:

Today — Shady Grove with Comet Leaf Hops. Our brewers stuffed a keg with Comet leaf hops, filled it with Shady Grove, and let it ride overnight. The result is on tap right now. When it's gone, it's gone — and if you fall in love, grab a crowler before it disappears.

Tomorrow — Lil' Toronado Crowlered Fresh, 3–10 PM. The beer went into the keg today, which means tomorrow's crowlers are getting filled the same day it came out of the tank. It does not get fresher than this. Come and get it.

Friday at noon — 547 4-Pack Release. Black 16oz cans wrapped in a special edition Andy Warhol-inspired label. As cool as it is delicious.

Saturday at noon — Triple Crown Bottle Release. Bottles drop at the brewery — limited, layered, and ready to take home.

A blend of one, two, and three-year-old barrel-aged Flemish reds. Pulled from oak, hand-bottled, hand-labeled, hand-stocked. The video is sped up. The beer was not.
An homage to La Folie and Rodenbach — tannic, layered, properly funky. Not a kettle sour.

Oakily Dokily started 13 years ago as part of TEN PACES, our collab series with @appletonbeerfactory. Thirteen years in the making, and worth every minute.

Only 50 bottles. Taproom only. Also on draft today. When it's gone, it's gone.
