Curious why it's called Yorkshire Round English Brown? We converted an old dairy tank into our open fermenter to model Samuel Smith's famous Yorkshire Squares made from Yorkshire Sandstone...but ours is round. Cheers to the Yorkshire Round English Brown and ALL of our English Ales who spend at least a few days in our Yorkshire Round! Peek through the window to see if we have the lid open to see the fermentation!

Oh, we got another LEGIT British bitter on tap!
(bitter = OG session ale)

Here's the story: Bobby met a Fuller's brewer years ago and they were going to do a collaboration brew but then...Covid, so it got put on the backburner.

Recently, our friend over at Fuller's sent Bobby some old brew logs and Bobby, being the NASA-level nerd he is, GEEKED OUT and after going back and forth on some recipe ideas, came up with:

🍺 Across the Pond 🍺

An incredible brew - this could easily hold its own in any pub on that scepter'd isle.

⭐ Styrian golding and whitbred golding hops / Simpsons pale malt
⭐ Fullers yeast from London
⭐ Brewed in a traditional parti-gyle technique. (for non-brewers, this is an authentic British brewing method not often used in the states)

**Stop by the taproom and get it while we have it!**

And keep an eye out for it's big brother "An Ale of Two Cities" - the ESB! Coming soon.

EDIT: we’re sorry, Fiamma had to cancel last minute and was not able to make it Sat. Luckily there are multiple fantastic spots nearby to grab some dinner and bring it over. Sorry for the confusion!

When your Saturday chores are done, reward yourself with @fiamma_del_forno pizza and a McFleshman's pint!
Fiamma will be at McFleshman's from 5-8pm this Saturday (8/9).

Summer is still summerin' and the biergarten is glorious!

We are so grateful to our incredible crew for their hard work over @mileofmusicfest we threw a little brat fry with a bit of help from our marvelous buddies @jacobsmeatmarket .

(DANG you guys know how to make a delicious brat 🌭 and the meatless burgers 🍔 impressed even our most selective vegetarian staff members--well done! Or medium rare--however you prefer your burgers.)

Peep a few pics from the shenanigans when we closed early for staff appreciation. We had much fun - there was not one but TWO bubble machines! This really is an amazing amalgam of people and we're so glad to have them on our team!

Special thanks to Gwen from @appletonbicycleshop for putting up with neighbors who have so many live bands and thousands of humans coming through for a few days. If you are looking for a bike, repairs, or to join a cycling group, check out her shop!

Closing early at 6pm (Monday Aug 4) to celebrate our most amazing staff and volunteers. This is the most incredible team! From water guns to a quick response to handle a medical emergency, this team worked about 16 hour days for four days straight to bring you THE BEST Mile of Music Festival experience. I’ve got tears in my eyes thinking about how much I care for each and every one of them. Thank you team! We could not do this without you!!

Closing early at 6pm (Monday Aug 4) to celebrate our most amazing staff and volunteers. This is the most incredible team!
